HartCasa, Gabinete Técnico de Projectos Hernâni Santos Lda, is a Portuguese company founded in 2002 by Hernâni Santos, in the municipality and town of Lourinhã. In its diversified portfolio in the execution of architectural projects for single-family houses, buildings, condominiums, restaurants, commerce, services and industry. Projects with intervention at the level of Architecture, Engineering and Urbanism.
In terms of Urban Planning, it has projects for industrial and residential subdivisions, ensuring the execution of all infrastructure projects, carrying out studies on road traffic, signage, urban planning and landscaping.
HartCasa seeks to guarantee its client all the necessary tranquility in the process of elaborating its project, coordinating all its phases, from the study to the monitoring of the work, not forgetting the articulation with the projects of such great importance. We also have a close collaboration with professionals and specialized companies that allow the execution of other complementary projects. In this way, HartCasa works as a single interlocutor throughout the development of the project.
