HartCasa – Gabinete Técnico de Projectos Lda, is a Portuguese company founded in 2002 by Hernâni Santos, in the municipality and town of Lourinhã.
Since the beginning of its activity, HartCasa has presented as its activities the execution of architectural, engineering, urbanism and construction projects, always guided by quality and demand parameters in all the services in which it intervenes.
HartCasa seeks to guarantee its client all the necessary tranquility in the process of elaborating its project, coordinating all its phases, from the study to the monitoring of the work, not forgetting the articulation with the projects of such great importance. We also have a close collaboration with professionals and specialized companies that allow the execution of other complementary projects. In this way, HartCasa works as a single interlocutor throughout the development of the project.
All this coordination is only possible thanks to the HartCasa team, which includes architects and engineers who, in a cooperative logic, ensure the quality of our clients' projects.
Faced with an increasingly demanding and competitive society, HartCasa decided to implement the Management System and consequent certification.
Its objective is the organization and continuous improvement of its processes and services performed in order to attract and retain its customers.
HartCasa presents a quality management system (QMS) based on processes and sub processes. These processes constitute the activities carried out in this company which, combined and interconnected, meet the needs and expectations of customers and those who interact with it.
HartCasa excluded requirements from the standard, due to the nature of its activity. Such requirements are called “exclusions”.
This QMS applies to the activities carried out by HartCasa, as an architectural, specialty and project monitoring company.
